Privacy Requests

If you have a privacy request regarding your personal information, contact us at [email protected]. You can also use one of the request types below; each opens an email with a suggested subject line.

We may need to verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights available under applicable law. Authorized-agent requests are accepted as required by law.

Who handles your request

Sapyon is typically the controller of Website leads and of Account Data used to sign in to Sapyon AI. Those requests can be sent to us directly.

If Sapyon is processing Amazon Ads data or other Customer Data on behalf of a Customer (your employer, agency, or advertiser), that Customer is the controller. Certain requests must be handled through that Customer. We will refer those requests to the Customer and assist them as described in our DPA, unless law requires us to act directly.

There is currently no in-app “delete my account” or “export all my data” control. Administrators can disconnect advertising accounts and delete some objects in the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.
