We do not sell or share personal information

We do not sell Personal Information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended, including the CPRA). You do not need to submit an opt-out for sale or share because we do not engage in those activities.

If a browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is legally required to be treated as an opt-out of sale or share, we treat that signal as such. Because we do not sell or share, no additional change to our processing is required for that purpose.

Cookies and analytics

The marketing website shows a cookie banner on every page. You can:

• choose Accept all cookies or Reject cookies in the Cookie Settings banner;
• read how Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Google Fonts, and Calendly are used in our Cookie Policy;
• block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

The Sapyon AI application at app.sapyon.com does not set first-party analytics cookies. It uses localStorage and sessionStorage for sign-in and UI state.

To request access, deletion, correction, or to ask questions about sensitive Personal Information, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request,” or use our Privacy Requests page. We will verify your identity and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Authorized-agent requests are accepted as required by law.

If we process Amazon Ads or other Customer Data only as a processor, we may direct you to the Customer (your administrator) for that request.
